At ELENSIA, your satisfaction is our priority.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will follow our policy.

1. Returns

You have 30 days to return your order if the product is not in its original condition.

After this period, you will not be able to accept the decision, which will not result in an exchange or refund.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, any product that has been used, tested, or whose packaging has been opened or damaged (broken seal, open protective bag, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If the product arrives at its destination or is in transit, please contact us immediately, providing evidence (photo and/or video), as we can offer a suitable solution.

2. Package Not Received

If your order is missing rice, please provide the following:

A signed statement from the delivery agent confirming that the package was not received.

A front/back copy of an identity document.

These documents are essential to initiate a claim with the courier and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

3. Refund

Once we receive and understand the returned item, please notify us by email of the refund approval or rejection.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to the original payment method within a few business days.

4. Exchange

I can only do this for definite or damaged items.

5. Return Procedure

Before initiating a return, you must contact our customer service department at the following address:

to receive the necessary return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with the complete shipping label provided by our customer service team.
